As a non-union company, we offer haulers the chance to work as much as they’d like, within DOT regulations and our own safety guidelines. Without additional union limitations, you’re free to take extra routes as desired. A Hansen & Adkins hauler can make up to $100,000 per year.

For some drivers, the ideal job means having more control over your schedule when family demands or life events require your attention. We allow you to schedule your day and week with flexibility whenever possible, so that your life is not always about work.

If you’ve got the entrepreneurial spirit, consider becoming an H&A independent contractor. These opportunities are available after one year of service with our company, and we even offer an equipment purchasing option to help you get started.

Approximately 25% of our drivers are independent contractors, but if that’s not your goal, you’re still in good company. There are many who just like to hit the road with the newest fleet, the best operations, and the most competitive benefits and pay on the hauler scene today.
