Louie Adkins
Owner & President
With over 66 years in the automotive transport industry, Louie has faithfully served major OEMs across multiple decades. A U.S. Army veteran and former General Manager and Vice President, he co-founded Hansen & Adkins Auto Transport in 1994. His leadership, dedication, and industry relationships have made him a respected figure and a true pioneer in vehicle logistics.

Steve Hansen
Owner & Executive Vice President
Steve co-founded Hansen & Adkins Auto Transport in 1994 and oversees the operations and strategy of our leading vehicle transportation company that serves new and re-marketed vehicles from manufacturing plants, ports, rail heads and auctions to retail dealerships and auction locations. With over 35 years of experience in the auto transport industry, I have a deep understanding of the market dynamics, customer needs, and regulatory challenges that affect our business.

Jay Kelly
Chief Information Officer
As Chief Information Officer, I lead enterprise-wide technology strategies that drive major business transformation, operational excellence, and sustainable growth. I bring deep experience delivering complex digital, operational, and cultural change initiatives across global organizations, partnering with C-suite leaders to align IT investments with strategic business goals. With a focus on innovation, risk management, and value creation, I build agile technology ecosystems that future-proof organizations and deliver measurable impact at scale.

James L. Stock
Chief Financial Officer
Operationally minded executive with successful career spanning over 20 years with mix of publicly traded, privately held, and family-owned businesses with revenues ranging from $50 - $350 million and employees ranging from 125 – 1,000+. Industries include financial services, retail, construction, manufacturing, auto transport, and digital marketing & advertising.

David Larson
COO - Hansen & Adkins Auto Logistics, Inc.
David led the creation of HAL starting in October of 2021. David is an automotive finished vehicle logistics professional with considerable experience and expertise within both new and remarketed supply chains. With him David brings experience from OEM, dealership and suppliers in both asset and asset light logistics. David's has a robust skill set that includes Contract Negotiation, Sales Operations, Profitability, Transportation and more.

Chris Baucom
Vice President, Operations
Chris has over two decades of experience in the auto transport industry. He began his career in Recruiting and Safety at The Waggoners Trucking and later held key roles at Hadley Auto Transport and GST Transport System. Since joining Hansen & Adkins, Chris has served in multiple leadership positions, including Regional Manager, Special Projects Manager and Director of Operations. Currently As Vice President of Operations, he leads strategic initiatives and oversees company-wide performance, service quality and growth.

Mark Rumfola
Vice President, Marketing
Mark Rumfola brings experience from previous roles at Nissan North America. Mark holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Marketing from San Diego State University. With a robust skill set that includes Customer Relations, Business Development, Operations Management, Supply Chain, Continuous Improvement and more.

Tom Terry
Vice President, Human Resources
Tom has been with Hansen & Adkins since September 2019. A seasoned HR Leader with over 30 years of experience in Human Resources, Safety and Training. He has experience working in private and publicly held companies, start-up operations through Fortune 15 multi-national organizations. Tom received a BS Degree from the University of Phoenix and an MBA from Pepperdine University.

Jim True
Managing Director, Risk
Jim True has diverse work experience in various roles related to safety, security, and risk management. Jim started his career as the VP of Safety, Security, and Risk at Reliable Carriers Inc from 2012-2018. He then joined Missouri Department of Transportation Motor Carrier Services as the Director from 2018-2020. From there, he joined Benore Logistic Systems, Inc. as the Sr. Director of EHSS, until 2021.

Alan Ruehs
Senior Director, Maintenance
As the Senior Director of Maintenance at Hansen & Adkins Auto Transport, I oversee the maintenance operations of over 2,500 trucks and trailers across multiple locations. I ensure the safety, efficiency, and compliance of our fleet, while managing a team of managers and technicians. I also develop and implement strategic business plans, budgets, and policies to optimize the performance and profitability of our maintenance department.
